Exhibition space
Exhibition space is limited, so we recommend that you submit your applications and reservations as soon as possible.
The distribution of counters/spaces will be done on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Organizer can ensure table and chairs (not booths) for sponsors.
Allocation of exhibition space, as well as all other decisions related to exhibitors, are solely the decisions of the conference organizers. However, the organizer will try to ensure that the expectations and wishes of all exhibitors are met.
Final information about stand assembly and disassembly (date and time) will be given to sponsors timely.
Cancellation
From the organizer side:
The organizer can change or cancel the exhibition if unforeseen circumstances occur (refund will be done).
From the exhibitor side:
In case the exhibiting company cancels its participation in the Conference, the exhibiting company must notify the Organizer in writing.
Terms of cancellation:
- Before November 10, 2026 – 50% of the total amount.
- After November 11, 2026 – no refunds will be done.
