Registration
Registration and accommodation booking is done through the online registration system owned by the Penta agency. All personal information entered during the creation of a participant profile will be used exclusively for the purpose of the EATCB World Tissue Congress 2026, that is beng held in Schloss Herrenhausen in Hannover, Germany, from 14–16 December 2026
We kindly ask you to read the brief instructions before registering, in order to familiarize yourself with the REGISTRATION PROCESS.
Please note that only after the participation fee is settled your registration is considered valid.
Payment
All payments for the EATCB World Tissue Congress 2026 must be made according to the conditions shown during your registration process. Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full.
Payment is possible:
- By bank transfer, based on the invoice issued by PENTA PCO agency- please indicate the proforma invoice number as the payment reference.
- By credit card (VISA & MASTERCARD) by completing the online form- you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form.
All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer, who is required to cover any associated fees.
Cancellation of Participation/Services
Any service or participation cancellation or change must be reported to technical organiser on email rh.bergaz-atnep@cinuz.ana.
Registration Cancellation
- Cancellation of participation up to 23 November 2026 is possible with a full refund.
- For cancellations from 24 November 2026 to 4 December 2026, the refund will be reduced by an administrative fee of €100 per participant.
- For cancellations from 5 December 2026 onward, no refund of the registration fee is possible.
Accommodation Cancellation
- Accommodation cancellations up to 09 November 2026 are possible with a full refund.
- Accommodation cancellations from 10 November 2026 to 20 November 2026 are possible, with the note that the cost of the first night will be charged.
- For cancellations from 11 November 2026, as well as in cases of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the participant is required to cover the full cost of the accommodation.
If you plan to arrive later than your originally scheduled date, you must inform the hotel or the organizer. Failure to notify may result in the accommodation being charged and no longer being available.
Personal Data
Data collected through an application process (hereinafter: Application) of the EATCB World Tissue Congress 2026 (hereinafter: EATCB 2026) can be considered as personal information and subject to protection under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and of the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Dana Protection Regulation) and national legislation that defines the General Data Protection Regulation implementation.
The personal information received in the Application for the EATCB 2026 is stored safely in PENTA, doo, Zagreb, Isidora Kršnjavoga 25, OIB: 31375495391 (hereinafter: Penta), and by the registration itself each participant is obliged to confirm that their data may be used for the purpose of organizing the EATCB 2026 in 2026. In the event that the participant does not enter the requested personal information in the application, he will not be able to apply or participate in the EATCB 2026.
Your information is provided in the Application on behalf of the Penta d.o.o., Isidora Kršnjavoga 25, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, and EATCB, Feodor-Lynen-Str. 21, 30625 Hannover, Germany,.
By signing, you acknowledge that your information is listed in the Application as true and correct and that you are familiar with the purpose of their collection and processing.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are aware of the right to process at any time from the joint data processor, that is, from each of them you may request access to your personal information, correct or delete your personal data or restrict the processing, and the right to the transferability of your data.

The Joint Data Processor and Penta as a processor executive apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is secure and protected from unauthorized access, misuse, detection, loss or destruction. Joint Data Processor and Penta as Processor Executive protect your privacy and keep the confidentiality of your personal information collected in accordance with the application. Joint Data Processor will not forward or exchange your personal information with third parties or use it for any purpose except for the purpose stated in the Application. Your Personal Information is forwarded to Authorized Recipients solely for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations arising from participation in the EATCB 2026. The List of Authorized Recipients will be updated regularly and will be published on the penta-pco.com protected site. The Data Processor Executive stores deletes or returns your personal data to the Joint Data Processor, in accordance with the order of the individual data processor.
Other Information
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout EATCB 2026. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
By applying to the EATCB 2026, the participant is aware that Penta and Joint Data Processor will process the photos taken during the EATCB 2026 to use for their internal and promotional purposes to promote the EATCB 2026as their legitimate interest.
The organizer reserves the right to change the general conditions.
