More and more transplant centers are confronted with Cornea from donors that have had a cataract operation.
These Corneas have limited optical free zone and are difficult to use for a Lamallae preparation.
Three experienced Cornea Surgeons will show in this workshop the different techniques how to prepare a lamallae from donors that have had a cataract Operation.
In the first part of the Workshop they will show there technic lice and prepare a cornea. In the second half up to 20 people have the option to practically experience how to prepare these kind of corneas.
The Workshop is in total limited to 70 Persons and we can offer 20 seats to practice in the wetlabs.
